Exterior Stucco and Shutter Renovation in Blainville

This single-family home in Blainville had stucco faded by UV exposure and shutters starting to flake after several winters. The brief: restore an even finish to the stucco and refresh the shutters in a slate blue that pairs nicely with the home’s light-coloured facade.

We started with a full pressure wash, followed by an inspection of stucco cracks, which were patched before application. The shutters were scraped of flaking areas, sanded and primed before two finish coats.

The job ran over four business days, timed around weather conditions for optimal drying between coats.
