Apartment Building Exterior Painting in Laval

This project for a multi-unit apartment building in Laval called for different planning than a standard residential job: multiple tenants to account for, high-level access across several floors, and a building manager to coordinate required notices with.

We used a boom lift to safely access the brick facades and upper-floor balconies, working facade by facade to limit disruption to residents. Each section was cleaned and inspected before applying two coats of satin-finish exterior acrylic.

The job ran over eight business days, with a schedule communicated to residents in advance by the building manager.
